Malignant mesenchymoma of the liver is extremely rare in childhood. It is formed by 2 or more
unrelated mesenchymal tissues, chacterized by rapid growth and poor responsiveness to all modes of
therapy. We experienced a case of malignant mesenchymoma of the liver in a 11-year-old boy who was
admitted because of abdominal pain, anorexia, nausea and vomiting. Radiographic examinations
